Speaking fees and additional costs:- Cost of Speaker(s)/Presenter(s)- Cost of venue- Marketing and other costs- Food, refreshments and other costs- Cost of airfare, transport and accommodation of Speaker and team- Cost of audio visual and all other logistics- Cost of Manpower (scale and costs as agreed between the Parties) see schedule- Any other costs e.g. licensing fees, insurance costs, credit card and other processing fees, all commission payable to Speaker, etcÂ
